Calls for Yoruba Nation: Court Adjoins Hearing on Matter Brought Against Sunday Igboho’s Aides

The Federal High Court in Abuja,  has deferred the hearing of the suit seeking to enforce the fundamental rights of twelve persons arrested at the residence of Yoruba national activist, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho.

The suit is seeking the release of the twelve from detention Justice Obiora Egwuatu at the sitting of the court on Monday

The Judge adjourned the matter to Wednesday, August fourth, to enable counsel to the detained applicants, Pelumi Olajengbesi, amend the court processes to reflect their real names.
